Hedgeparsley sometimes occurs in the eastern half of the state in lawns, suburban pastures and vacant lots, roadsides and pastures, Seeds mature in early summer and cling to about anything they touch. Knotted hedgeparsley (T. nodosa) may be more locally abundant in Central Texas. Both can be controlled with herbicides.
